• Source off-market development opportunities, prepare financial appraisals and develop feasibility studies aimed to maximize GDV

• Review opportunities for the repositioning, rebranding and/or upgrade of existing hotel and hospitality trading assets

• Prepare P&L forecasts, source suitable hotel operators, negotiate agreement terms between owner and operator (management agreement, lease or franchise), ultimately preparing the business case for the development

 

Development Phase

• On behalf of our investors, we act as Client / Development Managers throughout the entire implementation of the project.

• Source Joint Ventures (majority and minority equities) from our network of investors

• Together with our selected debt advisory partners, source finance (or refinance) for acquisition and development

• Hotel Consultancy and performance optimization of trading assets  

• Develop alternative hospitality concepts and detailed business plans
