Development of a new brand of serviced office with emphasis on food & beverage facilities and centred around a distinct hospitality experience. The project involved the complete internal refurbishment of the existing art deco building, retaining and exposing distinct features of the building’s fabric, to accommodate a serviced office, restaurant, private members club, bar, events facilities and gym.
